My students are all excited to learn about science. Even though they have learning disabilities, they come up with amazing answers to difficult problems. They are able to achieve just as much as students without disabilities but they just need to be taught in various ways. Our school has over 50% of its students who are economically disadvantaged. Coupled with financial hardships and a disability, most of my students fight an uphill battle in high school.
