My school is in an inner-city. 100% of my students are below poverty and receive free breakfast and lunch. Many of the students in my school live with extended family such as aunt/uncle or grandparents. There are also many single-parent families. We have a lack of funding for basic materials such as workbooks and COPY paper for the copier. Also due to lack of funding, we have NO librarian, a nurse only 1 and a half days a week and only a half-time counselor.
