The materials give my students time to discuss, pretend, express feelings, develop a sense of building and spacial concepts. They work together in groups and have the opportunity to listen, speak and discuss with other students about the build and what they will create. Students learn more when they work together in cooperative groups. This helps them ultimately with life long skills. Getting along with others is a key skill that adults need in any occupation. This is a perfect venue to develop these skills. Thank you for considering this project.
