My students are high functioning, bright and energetic. They love to learn new things and are always eager for exciting lessons. Our school tries to enrich our students but it is often difficult with a scarce amount of supplies. In my class I have desks and a board but the rest is up to me and the kids, I hate to have the students suffer because I cannot obtain the supplies they need. It is so important to me that my students have opportunities like I had...opportunities to touch and feel and be part of what they are learning. Students working at the levels my students are at need to be challenged and involved in all they do - it is a goal of mine to provide access to different types of learning in order for this to happen. With the supplies I requested, my students can be part of all they are learning.
