Our school is located in Illinois, is a Title 1 school and serves about 670 students, ranging from 1st to 6th grade. Our mission at at school, in partnership with the home and community is to promote self-esteem, academic success, social responsibility, and life long learning by providing for all students and staff a caring and challenging educational environment. Our students visit my technology lab every week for a 40 minute period. My students eagerly come to class excited to learn and ready to face any challenge I might present to them. We are fortunate that technology class is a class free from behavioral issues because we are limited on time and my students want to absorb as much as they can. Our students work extremely hard and always exceed our expectations, especially when connecting technology to the curriculum.
