My students are amazing! Some work after school. Some play sports, and some are active in the numerous after school activities. All have the same goal; They want to be successful academically in school. I love teaching math. I have been in education over thirty years. The older I get, the more I want to make learning hands on. My students are usually sitting in teams of two or three. They like to learn together. Sometimes each group uses a white board, and markers to present problems. Sometimes we use computers and review with games such as Kahoot. I also love to use technology such as clickers. A teacher really must change up lesson delivery to keep students engaged! That can be challenging!
