A majority of adolescent children today spend very little time getting the necessary amount of physical activity they need in order to build a solid foundation for the future. As a physical educator, it is my passion to expose my students to the enjoyable and fascinating world of exercise. Many are intimated and shun the notion of sweating or lifting weights. I have the ability, with the proper equipment, to really open their minds into a realm where they have never been before.

About my class
