The stories of my scholars' lives are page turners. They are stories that you would not be able to put down. They are stories of hope and courage, desire and dedication. They are stories about overcoming economic disadvantages. They are stories about achieving despite the access gap. They are stories of empowerment. My students are excited about their futures. They will be our doctors and lawyers, our scientists and inventors, our therapists, teachers, architects, and more. They have fire and grace and they are wise beyond their years on the subject of equity. Ours is a public school with great diversity. Over 30 languages are spoken in the homes of our students and in the halls of our building. We are dedicated to infusing a global perspective into our curriculum and teach our students to be global citizens.
