My students are very eager learners. They are enthusiastic about learning everything they possibly can. They come from diverse ethnic backgrounds, some even speaking multiple languages. This diversity brings such strength to our classroom. In my classroom there is a wide range of academic abilities and needs. There are the students who are below grade level in certain areas and need practice and support in learning the fundamentals. On the other end of the spectrum, there are those who are above grade level and need to be challenged beyond their comfort zone. Regardless of academic need or ability, all students in my classroom have individual interests and learning styles that need to be engaged. Our class definitely knows what it takes to be a team. The students are very caring and helpful toward each other. They are determined to succeed individually and as a unit. Their respectful and fun personalities make this classroom a wonderful environment!
