My students need good quality headphones to use daily to interact with individualized learning programs offered through our school. Students will become successful in reading and math skills using audio cued individualized digital learning programs. These programs used along with these headphones will allow my students access to material that is engaging, interactive, differentiated, real world, and 21st century. Each student will practice skills that are on their ability level each day. Once students have mastered skills, they will be enhanced and moved along to a more challenging skill with a goal of mastery. These interactive, audio cued lessons include grade level math skills and literary skills that include narrative and informational texts. These programs also allow me, as the teacher, to measure their growth and areas of need in specific skills. Because of the amount of data driven instruction offered through these programs, I am able to enhance student lessons and help students reach success at a better rate.
