I am the proud teacher of 23 fifth graders at a school in rural North Carolina! I love my job and my students! Almost all of my students live in poverty. At this school resources are rare and most students have never left the immediate area. Despite obstacles, I am committed to providing exciting and engaging learning to all of my students and giving them every opportunity to grow and explore. My students deserve the best education in the world and I will do everything in my power to give it to them.
