Welcome to PE at Rachel Carson Elementary. I teach a diverse and energetic group of students in San Jose. My approach to physical education is systematic. We focus on building a foundation of strength, endurance, and durability. We skip the fluff and prioritize skills with high real-world transfer. Our goal is physical readiness for life. To get there, we need reliable gear. Your support funds the equipment necessary to keep our students active, resilient, and building habits they will use long after they leave my class.
