Our school is a wonderful place full of many caring teachers. Unfortunately, many of our parents and teachers struggle with a very limited budget. Our budget this year has been reduced even further to where the very basic supplies have been eliminated. The community consists of many commuting and hard-working parents who find it a challenge to help the school financially as well. My students this year are wonderful. I am so sad that as a new teacher to kindergarten, I am not able to provide them with the teacher created books and manipulatives that they need to be successful.
