My goal as an educator is to create a learning environment built on trust, respect, and belonging- one where students know their voices matter, their ideas are celebrated, and mistakes are viewed as meaningful opportunities for growth. I strive to support well rounded students by fostering curiosity, compassion, and a lifelong love of learning. I believe that every learner possesses unique talents, perspectives, and strengths that deserve to be recognized and nurtured. I strive to create opportunities for each student to discover how their individuality contributes to our classroom community. My main role is to help students recognize their own potential, build confidence in their abilities, and develop the resilience to navigate challenges with independence. My biggest goal is for students to leave my classroom with strong academic skills, the confidence to embrace who they are, the empathy to appreciate the perspectives of others, and the belief that their unique gifts can make a meaningful difference in the world
