I teach Special Education in an inclusive setting assisting students with English as a 2nd Language and Special Education needs. These students carry a wealth of backgrounds, ideas, creativity and determination. They want to do well, they want to understand and join in showing what they know. One way for me to support them in doing that is to use realism (clay, materials, stuff) and creativity to enhance comprehension through hands-on activities modeling current topics.

About my class
