My 5th grade students are living in poverty in an inner urban Oklahoma school. Many are English Language Learners. Many of their parents do not speak English. My students have few resources to help make their learning interesting and enjoyable. We have Pre-K through 6th grade and have about 800 students enrolled in our school.
