I have a fourth grade class of 22 students of varying needs and learning styles attending a public school in New Hampshire. They are a group who take learning to the next level by applying new ideas in ways that interest them, and they are constantly excited to share what they have been working on! I'd like to help them grow in their interests and share what they are confident and excited about. Currently, some are deliberating within a small group to draw and understand maps. Others are beginning fictional stories that display strong voice and personality. I am constantly amazed by the things they are coming up with to study and explore. Still more are interested in classifying and growing plants. I'd love to include a document camera as a resource to help them continue their explorations and share their thinking. Such a tool would help foster their investigations.
