Students learn best through play, movement, repetition, and positive interactions with trusted adults and peers. Learning takes place during play, small-group activities, songs, books, snack, and everyday classroom routines. Visual supports, sensory materials, hands-on toys, and clearly organized learning areas help students feel safe, understand expectations, and participate successfully throughout the day.
