My class is a team. We watch out for each other and treat each other with complete respect. My students have learned how to introduce themselves to any class visitor, looking them in the eyes and having confidence. I have watched them grow. We learn strategies every day to become lifelong learners and be excited for everything we explore. I have many children who experience a great deal of upheaval, moves, transitions and family drama on a daily basis.
