My classroom is home to 12 amazing students in grades 3–5 with a wide range of learning, communication, physical, and sensory needs. Some students use wheelchairs, walkers, AAC devices, pictures, or gestures to communicate. Many are learning English as a second language while also working to develop communication, academic, social, and life skills. Every day, we celebrate victories that others may take for granted—communicating a need, making a friend, completing a task independently, trying something new, or mastering a new skill. My students are curious, determined, and full of potential. They learn best through hands-on experiences, visual supports, sensory activities, and engaging materials that bring learning to life. Thank you for helping provide opportunities that foster communication, independence, confidence, and success for these incredible students. ❤️
