As a STEM educator, I create a classroom where students learn by designing, building, and solving authentic problems. In this lesson, my students collaborated to construct and program an engineering prototype using Arduino, electronics, and physical computing. I encourage every student to take ownership of the design process by asking questions, testing ideas, troubleshooting challenges, and refining their solutions. Rather than simply teaching technology, I cultivate curiosity, resilience, teamwork, and critical thinking. My goal is to empower students to become confident innovators who understand that engineering is a process of creativity, persistence, and continuous improvement through hands-on discovery.
