The addition of headphones in my classroom would assist those students who are at lower reading levels participate with the rest of the class. The 'read aloud' option that is available on most educational sites gives students the assistance they need to participate in on-level assignments without having to struggle with the pronunciation of the content. No two students learn at the same rate. The headphones will also allow students to work on various assignments without having to disturb the rest of the class. The mouse devices will help those students who struggle with dexterity issues navigate websites. Many students find it difficult to work with the touch pad on the Chromebooks.
