I teach Kindergarten. My students are 5-6 years old. My students come from an impoverished inner city in the state of Massachusetts. Many of my students are English Language Learners. They are eager to learn and highly motivated. For many of them, this is their first school experience. They are excited to learn about and understand the world around them.
