My students have challenges that require them to have a Special Education teacher assigned to them. My students need certain modifications made to the curriculum or their learning environment so that they can learn. They are wonderful children, eager and happy to be in school, but they need a little extra support. The school where I teach is a charming little school serving a very diverse student population in a urban setting in New York. Our students come from all over the world and represent many different cultures, religions and ethnic backgrounds. It is a wonderful place to teach, with a very dedicated staff and administration.
