Currently, my fifth graders have 4 Chromebooks that they must share based on a rotating schedule. That means that student may have access to a Chromebook for 15 minutes every other day. The demand for learning and for using the tools in more innovative ways has been hindered by the current supply of resources. This funded project would provide opportunities for students to collaborative and would enhance our units of study in fifth grade. It would allow the students access to research tools and differentiated math applications. It would also provide different ways to present their learning that go above and beyond their current published artifacts.

About my class
