In the fashion club room, the students are as vibrant and varied as the fabrics scattered across the tables. Some are budding designers, sketchbooks always in hand, flipping pages to show bold silhouettes or intricate beadwork ideas. Their pencils move quickly, lines confident and purposeful, as they imagine creations that feel bigger than the classroom walls. Others are hands-on creators, happiest when bent over a sewing machine or smoothing fabric across a cutting mat. These students wear measuring tapes like necklaces, their fingers marked with faint chalk lines from tracing patterns. Their eyes light up when a tricky seam finally comes together or when a hem lays perfectly flat. There are the stylists-in-the-making, who flit between groups offering advice on color combinations or accessory choices.
