My students need to move from one place to another in our room to keep up our active learning. The room can get awful loud and noisy listening to the squeaks and scrapes that come from pushing our chairs in and out. This noise disturbs many students, especially when we are reading or writing quietly. Not to mention, after time, the floors become full of scratches from the bottoms of the chairs.
