Where do I begin to describe our students in the FOCUS program-varied levels of intelligence, extremely creative, energetic and resilient. They bring a new perspective to our daily living. We walk with them in the twists and turns of the middle school experience. Our Social Learning program gives them the tools to navigate our diverse and complex world with many unspoken rules that are not really apparent to our students. Because many of our kiddos already struggle with economic needs, then add learning and social challenges can make things a bit overwhelming. With your support we can create a learning environment that is not only bearable, but exciting!
