In August I'll be teaching 8th grade for the first time. My students are the big brothers and sisters of the second and third graders I taught last year. Our K-8 school enrolls a majority of Hispanic students and many students receive free or reduced lunch. We're a small school with a small budget, but big on teacher and student dedication.
