The students have been spending a lot of time building their reading skills. These new books of different abilities will allow the students to read on their own level. I have special education students who need extra help with reading. We are focusing on fiction to help build an interest in their learning. This will allow them time to read independently with books at their interest level. The box sets will also allow students to continue reading a series when interested. My students want to become better readers. This is the perfect opportunity for them.
