The additional Bow Tie tables have already made a huge difference for my science students. We have begun using them daily during our hands-on investigations, and they've quickly become a favorite spot for small-group collaboration. Students gather around the unique shape to share materials and ideas more easily—everyone can participate without feeling left out or crowded.\r\n\r\nOne moment that really stood out was during a recent chemical reactions lab. Groups were buzzing with excitement as they shared observations and compared results. Several students commented on how \"cool\" the setup looked and how much more like \"real scientists\" they felt working together around the new tables. Their faces lit up the first time they walked in and saw the new arrangement—there were lots of happy gasps and even applause!\r\n\r\nYour support has transformed not just our space, but also the way students learn and interact in science class. We received the class set of grpahic novels just before the summer break. Although we could not use them last school year, we plan on using them to support our 7th graders this year. \r\n\r\nReading is an important part of the ELA curriculum and some students are detered when faced with lengthy novels. By obtaining copies of \"The Giver\" in graphic novel format more of our students will be engaged with the text. Our English language learns also find the imagery helpful and the speech bubbles less overwheming than a typical novel. Moreover, studies are showing that student inference skills are better supported when visuals are given. Additionally, when images are paired with text, students are more likely to remember the information associated with the images. \r\n\r\nOnce again, thank you for your support of ALL learners in our classroom. The mat allows students to practice essential skills such as line-following, stopping at designated points, and responding to color cues. These challenges mirror real-world robotics applications and make learning hands-on, engaging, and fun.\r\n\r\nSince introducing the mat, I've seen students collaborate more effectively, troubleshoot with perseverance, and celebrate their successes together. Many who were hesitant about coding are now excited to experiment and share their ideas. The mat has turned abstract concepts into tangible learning moments, inspiring students to see themselves as future engineers and innovators.\r\n\r\nWe are deeply grateful for your support.
