My Students

Remember the first time you cuddled up in a comfy chair or couch to read a good book?

My 16 kindergartners love to read!

They enjoy picking a friend and reading a book to them. Our school is an amazing Title 1 school that supports my kids in their learning adventures. We work together to insure that our kids receive the best education possible.

My Project

Every day we engage in Reading Small Groups. From these groups my kids have gained a love for reading. After my kids read to me they have the chance to read to a friend. The Comfy Chairs and Couch will give my kids a clean comfortable place to read their books to a friend.

Your donations will provide my kids with a clean comfortable place to read books.

It will encourage them to "cuddle up" with a good book and enjoy reading with their friends. They will build reading skills and confidence with a new reading area.
