This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Help us become global learners by providing us with needed technology for our classroom.

My students are proud, hard-working individuals who are determined to make this world a better place.

They have a great thirst for knowledge and drink it up like water. We are a culturally diverse Title 1 school with a strong commitment to our community. We are very low on resources, but don't let it interfere with our zest for learning!

My Project

Our school lacks the resources needed to provide my students with the technology they need to prepare for Middle School. Computers will help to enrich the curriculum presented in class while preparing them with the tools they need to compete in a global economy. My students will use the computers to conduct research, prepare presentations, complete online assignments, and type reports.

Please know that this request came directly from my students. We are all in agreement that technology in the classroom will enhance our academic performance while preparing us to be better learners.
