My students need songs to help us learn! We are in need of CDs and DVDs that will provide songs and dances that will help us master early learning skills, like the Sing & Spell the Sight Words and the Jumpin' Numbers and Shakin' Shapes CDs!
DO you remember songs and jingles from your childhood? Songs help us learn quickly and remember the things we have learned. We need songs to help us learn and remember.
My students come from a Title 1 school.
In our pre-kindergarten classroom, we celebrate four different nationalities, three different languages, special education students, and gifted and talented students. My room is very diverse, to say the least. My students also come from a wide range of home environments. The majority of my students are from low income households, a few have stable lives, and one is homeless. Each day is different from the day before, but each day is incredibly inspiring with my class of learners.
My Project
These CDs and DVDs will will be used daily to help us learn letters, sight words, numbers, shapes, classroom management, and phonics skills. These CDs and DVDs will provide us with exciting and engaging ways to learn. These particular products are research based and were created by a kindergarten teacher! They include movement and dances that match the already catchy tune. What a great way for my students to learn - meeting the needs of kinesthetic and auditory learners.
My students will benefit each and every day through these songs.
We will use them in transitions, language arts and math. The songs will "stick" with us all day and for years to come.
