My Students
Organization is what will start off the new school year. The binders and protective sleeves will help my students become more organized, which will help them when they enter middle school next year.
Our students come from various economic backgrounds.
Some students come with all supplies, some with a few supplies, and some with none. Our school is 100% free and reduced lunch. They are eager to learn, but are often embarrassed when they don't have the materials like everyone else.
My Project
When the students come into the room, I want them to feel at home. I want them to have all the supplies that they need and not feel inadequate. When they do projects, I want them to be able to complete them with certainty. They will learn to work in groups and work as a team.
Confidence!
Having supplies and not having to worry if they can complete a task, will be a load off my students' minds. They will be assured that they have all the supplies they need to make them successful. Because our theme this year is TEAM, they will work in groups to help each other have a successful year.
