My Students

After a busy morning, my students are ready for sleepy time after lunch. Please help us rest peacefully on a sturdy cot! My students need 6 cots for nap time.

My students are four and five year old inquisitive children who love to learn.

We are a Title I (low income) school in Brooklyn, New York. Our school credo is "Be nice and work hard," and we try to instill these positive values in our youngest learners.

My Project

Our morning involves listening to stories, browsing through books, writing, creating art projects, playing in centers, watering and tending the Pre-K garden, and playing outdoors. After lunch comes nap time. Can you imagine sleeping on the floor? Resting peacefully on a cot will prevent my students from feeling restless and uncomfortable. They will awake refreshed, ready to focus more fully on school work and play.

This is our very first year in school.

Help us get a great start to face the joys and challenges of our educational journey! Sweet dreams on a sturdy cot will give us a gentle push in the right direction.
