My Students

Have you ever felt embarrassment when you couldn't answer a question right? My students have that and it's not a good feeling. You can change that!! You have the ability to bring confidence to students who would normally fall in the cracks of education. Be their hero!

My students are wonderful students but we do not have the capability to give them as much individual attention as they so desperately need.

They just want to feel smart and feel like they can learn. Our school does not have the money to support their needs but we do the best that we can. My students are so compassionate that they would rather help other people than themselves. But it's time for them to receive some help so they can accomplish their goal of learning to read.

My Project

These LeapFrog Explorers will allow a small group of students to work on their literacy and math skills without the fear of raising their hand and having a wrong answer. They will work independently on their level and receive support during a time when I cannot work with them. The improvement in their reading and math skills will give them the confidence to express themselves in class and have the success they need to make it in school. It's only until you feel success when you know you can do anything. If you only have failure then you just give up. I want them only to have success!

You can be the one to show my students that their education matters.

You can give them the gift of success. Please help my students get a good foundation in their education so they can be successful in life and give back to others.
