My Students

My students have been involved with the Adobe Youth Voices program for two years. They have made several video projects but see other schools shooting their videos in High Definition. They feel their videos don't measure up.

My students have all made a commitment to getting back on track with their education after running into trouble.

Our school is a second-chance for kids who often feel like no one believes in them. We help them feel supported in their search for identity and their desire to succeed. We have one of the highest graduation rates for programs of our type in the area and expect the best from our students.

My Project

The new camera would allow them more artist freedom to use different camera angles and shots without having to worry about resolution and image quality. They want to do close ups and stop motion animation and this camera would allow them to explore these topics in ways our old equipment can't.

My students deserve to feel like they have the same chances and opportunities as kids from other schools.

They are perceptive and see when others have technology they don't. And they can't help but feel judged. Help us level the playing field and give my students the means to proudly let their voices be heard.
