This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Students get overjoyed when they are able to use a hand lens to take a closer look at living and nonliving things. Can you imagine the excitement they will show when we can take a mobile digital microscope outside to observe things?

Most of my students are second language learners and are on free or reduced lunch.

They love to learn and enjoy being at school. Our school provides a positive educational atmosphere that encourages students to achieve their best and become responsible citizens.

My Project

With the help of the ProScope Mobile Digital Microscope my students will get to experience science in the classroom AND outdoors. We are learning about plants, living things, earth, and weather this year. Students will have the opportunity to take the classroom outdoors to observe living and nonliving things in their natural environment.

With your help my students' love for science will flourish and one day may open the door to a career in science.

Third graders look forward to hands-on science every single day. Thank you for helping this love of science grow even stronger.
