This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are Grade -A- material, Top Notch all around, and the Cream of the Crop. I want the best for them and I don't want them to be denied access to technology because this can limit their learning.

My students are fourth graders who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

They are a happy bunch of kids who come to school eager to learn new concepts. The school they attend is located in a small rural area where demographics indicate an economically disadvantaged rate of 80% of the population.

My Project

I envision my students using the Asus MeMo tablets to enhance their understanding and performance in the areas of literature, reading fluency/comprehension, and writing composition. Using the Asus tablets, the students will access eye catching, attention holding, and comprehension building, educational games, websites, and applications.

By being able to access interactive games, applications and websites, the students will gain a richer understanding of core concepts that make up the the foundation of their education.
