My students need a mascot costume! We have been trying to increase pep at school functions but our current mascot costume is old, smelly, and falling apart..YUCK!

My Students

Have you ever noticed when you are watching a sports game that the mascot can be the center of attention and increase crowd spirit? Our current mascot uniform is MANY years old and needs to be put into retirement!

Our student body consists of about 200 6th graders, 200 7th graders, and 200 8th graders.

For the past two years we have had students begging us to be mascot but the uniform is so dilapidated that they can't wear it. We love that they want to show school spirit and we would love to give a few kids that chance to be connected and show their school spirit/pride!

My Project

We would love nothing more than for our Eagle to be able to pass on the spirit to a new Eagle before he goes into retirement. Please help us foster the school spirit that our students have been showing...help us help them be connected to their school! We need a mascot costume!

As we all know, feeling connected to their school can be so powerful for these amazing adolescents. Please help us :-) Our budgets for sports are $1000 and with that we have to buy uniforms and poms for the cheerleaders. There currently is no budget for mascot :-(
