My Students

What would kindergarten be without building blocks? Do you remember when you were in kindergarten and were building castles as high as you could? I want my students to have those same memories.

I teach a kindergarten class in an inner city school that currently has a 98% poverty level.

My students are ready to learn and energetic! They love to create things and take them home. We have students from many different countries, and many of them speak very limited English.

My Project

I am requesting two boxes of blocks for my students. My students can use these blocks for counting activities and for dramatic play. It would bring a lot more fun to the classroom every day. My students would be so excited to be able to get these great resources!

All children deserve an education.

We have to be able to provide every student with a good education, including those with limited incomes. Please help me reach all my students and give them access to all the resources they need!
