My Students

Do you remember what it was like sitting in a classroom all day long? Watching the clock and getting backaches because the chairs were so uncomfortable? Help my energetic students reach their full potential by helping them focus. Stability balls are the perfect way to foster focus in our room!

My students are a lively bunch from a small town in North Carolina.

With the recent testing mandates and legislation, these first graders are asked to sit still and focus longer than ever before. With only 20 minutes allotted for recess in an eight hour day, school is becoming more and more of a difficult task.

My Project

I envision my students having an outlet for the excess energy they posses. The students in my room will sit on the stability balls in the room instead of chairs. Studies have shown that having stability balls in the classroom instead of chairs increases focus for students.

Your donations will help my students tremendously.

They will be able to meet the demands put on them by state and federal legislation. They will be able to focus and maximize their learning.
