This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Every classroom needs a projector where learning can be visual and entertaining. This generation of students are visual and information should be accessible instantly. With the help of the projector, knowledge will only be a click away.

My students are from CA, and they come from a gang/crime infested neighborhood.

With poverty comes numerous obstacles and challenges that are automatically set that other people may never have encountered. The statistics of succeeding are against my students, but they are empowered daily to succeed regardless of their circumstances.

My Project

My students need a speaker, projector, and document camera. The most advanced technology my students are familiar with are the outdated computers in our computer lab. After seeing my students' math scores jump after using interactive learning tools online, I knew my students would truly benefit from having a projector in their classroom. With the speaker, projector, and document camera math can be visualized, the colorful lives of Native Americans from centuries ago can now be experienced, the path of food digestion can now be followed through the inside of the body, and practically unlimited literature will now be at their fingertips! Please help my students achieve their maximum potential!
