My Students

Help us! I would love to be able to show PowerPoint presentations and other multimedia to enhance my class's learning. Currently, we use an old school projector that rolls around on a cart that hits someone's foot at least a couple times a week. It causes some kids to have trouble seeing.

My students love to learn and are so excited about technology.

We are a fifth grade class that works well together as a family. We attend a school that has high parent involvement, but sadly, low funds. We are currently utilizing a class web site that some of my students seem to be on around the clock. We discuss our novel, take polls on social studies issues, and build our class rapport.

My Project

We have no projector screen so I project onto a white wall that is not in the front of the classroom and is not the optimal spot to project important information. The new screen and projector would allow my students the luxury of being able to view PowerPoints for vocabulary and other mini-lessons, present PowerPoints they have made themselves, and interact with learning using technology.

These donations will benefit my class on a daily basis and in every subject.

They will allow my students to be exposed to a more in depth understanding of the curriculum with the help of technology.
