My students need 4 Android tablets so that they may create apps using App Inventor. The tablets will be shared among my 6th and 7th grade STEM Scholars students.

My Students
Each day my students arrive to class hungry to learn, create, debate, and experiment. We spend our days learning about future careers in STEM, engaging in science experiments, writing about our future, and collaborating. "Hide not your talents. They for use were made."
The students in my STEM Scholars Academy class are fun, intelligent, and inquisitive.
They are interested in changing the world and forging their own paths. I have 30 sixth and seventh graders who are interested in future careers in STEM and are eager to be a part of the technological future.
My Project
I am requesting 4 Android tablets for my STEM Scholars students. They will be creating Apps using App Inventor. The apps will then be downloaded to the tablets. This will allow them to see their creations come alive. This program will build depth of student knowledge and, most importantly, allow them to apply their learning to real world applications.
This project will make a world of difference in the lives of 30 intelligent, kind, and unique children.
Being able to imagine, create, and then make what they imagined real will stoke their intellectual fire.
