My students love working with their hands. They love anything magnetic. The five mazes I have picked out will help them with their fine motor skills along with learning about colors, shapes, counting, and their letters.
My students are low income based kids who go far and achieve more.
I have students who are active learners who want to learn, not only at school, but at home, too. My parents want their children to succeed, as well as I do. We work together to make this possible. With this project funded, my kids can be more successful.
My Project
My students will use these mazes during center and station time to work on improving their fine motor skills. I'm always looking for activities that will help them with several skills at one time. These mazes fit that description. Not only does it help with fine motor skills, but it will also help with counting, color recognition, number recognition, fine motor skills, and letter recognition.
This project will keep my students focused on what they are doing during center time.
I can see how all of my students will be gathered around the table watching as other kids work the mazes. They will glad to share and take turns.
