Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

In my classes, we cover a lot of material. I also try to give my students as many extra resources as I can, and this project will give me a great assist, in providing them for my students.

We are an inner city school, that works hard at preparing our students for College or University work.

Many of our students will be the first in their families to achieve that goal. Over half of our students qualify for free and reduced lunch. The majority of them are minorities. Every one of them will take multiple Advanced Placement classes, starting in their first year of High School.

My Project

We are in the process of providing laptop computers to each of our students. I provide my students with many additional resources, including videos, study guides, and other materials. Converting them to an SD card, will make it much easier for them to carry, than a stack of over 10 DVDs!

The SD cards that you will provide, will give my students access to many additional resources beyond those that are available in the classroom.

Now, they have to carry over 10 DVDs to get all of the material, and the memory card will put it in a format that is much easier to carry.
