My Students

My students are awesome children who are so excited about learning. They come from urban homes where education is important, but oftentimes the resources are not available.

My school is an urban elementary school.

My students come to school every day excited to learn new things and have new experiences. They are kind and caring children with so much of the world to experience! They especially love writing narrative pieces for their classmates!

My Project

My students are going to use the chart paper and markers during writing center time. I am going to have it set up in our writing corner and they will create our classroom writing anchor charts. They will then hang the chart in the classroom to show the other students what they did and learned.They will also do group writing work to share with the rest of the class. This project will make a difference because it will make writing fun and exciting. I know it is important to have engaging activities and my students love when they can be a teacher with markers, pencils, and chart paper.
