My Students

Please help our little ones have chairs they can get into themselves. Our plastic cubes are so great but we don't have enough for all our children. We use them to teach colors, have tea parties, and as play tables during centers. Our students are usually 3 or 4 years old and sometimes are very tiny.

The most important thing you would notice about my class is they love to hug you.

They are all knee huggers as they are so small. We get down on the floor with them all the time to teach them and help the develop their little fingers. Circle time is really my favorite part of the day with songs and lots of interactive learning activities. The students love to move the cube chairs to the side of the room themselves when it is time to dance to music songs.

My Project

I am requesting four plastic cube chairs. Our little PreK handicapped children sometimes are so little they don't even fit in the smallest school chairs. I really feel that we are giving our children a top quality curriculum. I want our room resources to reflect the best we have for our students. It is important for students to all have the same quality things. Did you ever get the book that wasn't new when they gave out the books in class?

These chairs will not only help handicapped students this year but will continue to help other in my class in the future.

The chairs will stay in our room to help so many of the smallest students. Thank you for considering us.
